I'm worried that my TV isn't working in the office so I can't watch the Matador Cup.

Yes I am worried.
I honestly believe that we can't have a worse season than this year.
However I will be quite annoyed if those that run the club use it as a tentpole or excuse for poor performance next year.

Whilst I agree with the sentiment, well whats new with this type of status at our club, I am worried because the feeling seems to be that even long suffering members have just about had enough. The club really needs to shore up support and avoid another repeat bad year as I can see a drop off in the die hards even cmg, should that occur. When/If that happens we are in big trouble.

In your head, rent free
Pre season training is only a few weeks away. The following points are worrying:

pre season starts after the 4 nations, still plenty of time

# No head coach

yes we do, his name is shane flanagan

# No assistant coach

shep and herman are still here

# We have 23 players no re-signed, retired or have left but we have only signed 5 new players

means we have money to spend on the right players

#By my calculations we are at least 5 players short in our top 25

see above

#No major sponsor

havent had one for years, no point worrying about it now

#Jeff Robson

blake ayshford

Anything else I've missed?

I don't see what the problem is, arguably our best player is suffering from a debilitating mental illness, our best player before him no doubt had an alcohol problem amongst other things, and now we're reported to be signing a new star in Barba who 2 yrs ago was basically a ice addict. What could possibly go wrong!

Hmmm. Interesting thread. Many of you are very far from the truth as far as I am concerned.

Anything to do with Heavy Metal music - wrong!
Wearing flairs? - Wrong!
Going into Northies with Sharkyboy? - Wrong! (Have never set foot in that place and never will!)
Went into nightclubs for things other than dancing. Only knew one dance called the shuffle. This consisted of walking onto the dance floor with a beer in your top right shirt pocket and slowly shuffling your feet back and forth in time to the music as best you could. Best song to do this on was New York, New York which was inevitably the last song played at Cascades in Gymea (now known as the Vinyl Room)

Disco? No, not for me.
