Even without the Seggy signing that's no guarantee morts will see first grade barring an injury to chad/jimmy/Nu although yes flanno likes his more experienced heads, Flanno has also shown a willingness to back youth
My view remains that morts on his day is a capable halves backup and that's how it should stay barring some super human training/game performance at hooker which isn't going to happen

Yep - the guy is an OK depth player but he wouldn't still in the NRL if his name was Daniel Johnson.

What was Ennis's early years like? Lets not forget Daniel is a young guy with a **** load of experience. Lets hope he has a "Ennis to sharks' type of revival

Mortimer obviously showed some talent in his Eels GF year. I'm far from convinced, but if anyone can make a hooker out of him it's Ennis and Flanno.

He always played 80 minutes in the middle, either in the back row or hooker.
No such resume for Daniel.
