The difference between us with him on & without him on last night was glaring. He's a ****ing animal. Johnny Rambo aint **** on Dale Finucane - JRambo's mates nickname him Dale.

Reminds me of our recruiting Jez Smith. Total hard arse boss.

Ahh. Jeremy Smith. Him and Luke Lewis probably two of my favourite hard men we have brought to the club.

Dale is quickly becoming my third. I just worry about his concussions if I'm honest.

He's a big boy, let him worry about that. Media hype concussion so much everyone but the player seems to get their opinion on the situation.

From DT re: Finucane tackle on Crichton
Penrith players protested the tackle but Cronulla coach Craig Fitzgibbon was adamant the tackle was nothing more than a head clash.

“It’s weird that that’s ok and the mildest of taps are not ok,” Cleary said. “His ear is awful.

“He has seen better days. He is in good spirits. I am sure the last thing Dale Finucane wanted to do was injure (Crichton).

“Historically, head clashes have been a head clash. But how easy it is to give a high tackle penalty away now… it looked bad. He is not in a great way.

“There’s an argument there for careless. I thought we’d at least get a penalty.”

FFS That will do me. It was a head clash, so they're going to charge people with head clashes now ?

Fight it, say it was reviewed on field without even a penalty. It was an accidental head clash.
I love the old school way it was referreed, but you can't come in kamikaze style like that in todays game.

I love the passion from Dale but it's not worth 2-3 weeks on the sideline

He was rushing out to force the mistake, you can’t take that out of the game. He hit hit with everything and heads collided. That’s as far as it goes, look at origin 3 how many hia in the first 20 mins with blokes throwing bodies around. Can’t protect everything.

It’s said a lot but fair dinkum if he’s rubbed out then that’s the first nail in the coffin for this turning into flag football.

It’s an accidental clash of the heads. His crime is rushing out of the line? That’s standard football and is quite often celebrated. He didn’t lead with the shoulder or the arm, accidents happen. Should absolutely fight this
