Aren't they meant to in the constitution?
No it just has to go on the club notice board in the leagues club. People continually raise the topic at the AGM of using emails for notification of board elections and AGMs. They always say they will look at it, but they never do, as they know it means more chance of staying elected.

Not very inspiring. Always frustrates me that they don’t email leagues club members about board elections and nomination times

Agree, sounds pretty much like the incumbents will stay on and add the De La Salle President

Seems a shame when we appear to have the fresh start now. Difficult to know where the problems and successes lie, with him or the board

Usually when one is pushed in a position like his you get the 'Has resigned effective immediately' message so either the club is trying to save face by pushing him but giving him the time to look like its his decision or he has bailed

Now if he has bailed what he has done is extremely low. I never agreed with what he did but what's done is done and he should have at least had the balls to dig us out of the mess he created and seen it out

What a complete **** up this is and we should count our lucky stars that the NRL went very easy on us and we didn't lose the 2016 premiership

If its the clubs decision maybe they should have given him time to get out of the hole but then again who could blame them

I’m not surprised he wants to leave - no doubt been plenty of fans abusing him

Never expected anything else from this bloke.
Immediately obvious from the John Morris appointment press conference. Hate to say I told you so , but “ I told you so “

2016 breaches were very minor and, when counted, were not sufficient to mean we exceeded the cap. So we can thank our lucky stars those organising this only made one or two promises in 2016 but as we did not exceed the 2016 cap the NRL didn’t need to go easy on us for us to maintain the Premiership.
