As we know the whole squad is basically what we have for the next couple of years. Interesting times ahead since Fitz has the team he wanted and it will be all on him to get the best out of them.

Just watched the presser... Not sure I totally agree with how I took Fitz's assessment of Nicho, that the team didn't pay well enough around him.
Fitz has put all his eggs in the Nicho basket but he'll need to be careful with that narrative.

Still if we manage to win more than we lose, we'll probably be in the 8.
Then only needs to win 1 finals game and he'll have outdone his old man.
Squad retention is good, but it can nurture complacency, perhaps the root of our current issues.
Not sure yet he has it in him to turn things around anyway.
But I'm looking at this from afar and have absolutely no clue about how the whole joint is run.

I don't think Nicho's problem was attitude. He came up with some bad plays but he does try. I feel a calm and measured talk would do better than a full blow spray.
