I'd rather he be playing Fullback in First Grade ( No surprises about my view )

Yeah not the worst time, he won't play this year and get banged up any more in the middle. Will be ready for pre season training too but has loads of time to recover.

I mean sure its better than mid season but this is still awful news. Players always struggle on the back of an acl. Hopefully it doesn't become something chronic.

It's pretty good these days and loads have come back fine. And he basically has a whole year to recover when usually players come back after 8 to 9 months.

Plus not like he's a fullback known for his speed.
