Fella, just get a lift home with the coach or call an uber - guess he didn't know he was in for a big night and once it kicked off.... but shouldn't have had a car there with suspended license.
He's an adult and all but shame no one was kinda looking out for each other with this stuff as club has had some good years without scandals.
Sad for him just as his FG career was getting going, hope he's ok and the time away from footy thing is just punishment/PR talk but having said that I reckon he has been feeling the pressure.

Any precedent for similar punishments? If he fails both I can't imagine him being back inside a month at best.

The trial is sometime in May. Can't see him playing until after that, even in the best case scenario.
