After Tricky & Moylan battle to partner Haynes in the 2022 offseason, Fitz goes with Moylan.

Moylan finishes equal second (?) as our player of the year last year.

Our pack gets steam rolled 2 of 2 in the finals.

Fitz runs Moylan and Nicho all summer as our halves,

The week before our first game against a top 4 side, Haynes has to drop out.

Side thrown into chaos - Tricky plays well & outshines Moylan against Soufs.

Sharks forum call for Moylan to be replaced by Tricky?

Reactive?

Moyza plays a great game tonight -

The worry tonight was Noodles - not Moylan.

I’m not trying to be a d*khead but You missed a key point

Tricky is outplaying Moylan and has been more valuable for us

With Moylan Last year wasn’t too much different than the previous years, we struggled against top teams and didn’t have good structure or a kicking game to build a platform off

I don’t want a repeat of last year, we honestly weren’t that great.. we were most likely the worst 2nd placed team in a while

Moylan is going good. Can't sack him. Ramien is going bad. Must sack him.

Who can play 3 best out of Nicho, Tricky or Moylan? Or IRO?

Stop it. Ramien is not getting dropped after one bad game FFS.

And tossing up Nicho, Tricky or Moylan as a centre. Are on the green grenades tonight?

I don't, tricky doesn't have a great deal of flare, moylan can/does

Trickys best assets are kicking and controlling, that's what nicho does, that's what nicho wants and that's what the coach wants
Nicho has a good running game no reason why Tricky can't take some of the organisation off Nicho. Not to mention partnering him with Nicho provides better kicking options. Also there are other components like defence and Trindall is a much better defender.

Ramien has Never had a good game. He is a ****ing imposter.

I don't think Moyza or Tricky can play at 3 but Nicho can. and our team would be stronger if all three were in the starting side.

We must see the game differently. And yes I am certain that Ramien is not a first grader.

Nicho is great in the halves but he could also be great in the centres.

I'm not concerned about his legacy but I am concerned about putting the best 13 on the field for the Sharks. At this time I think Trindall at 7, Moylan at 6 and Nicho at 3 is a lot better than otter options.

@Paul C - Fitz is not going to drop Jesse. He is not going to put Nicho at 3. Sorry mate, I know you want Jesse out of the team and I agree he had a crap game today but that is one of the most ludicrous suggestions ever. We need Nicho to have his hands on the ball as much as possible, he is not going to be doing that out in the centres. He won the Dally M playing at 7, he is not going to be shifted from there.

@Wizard - Fitz is not going to drop Matt Moylan. When Nicho is fit, he will be 7, Moylan will be 6 and BT will either be bench utility or playing for the Jets.

While you both have your points, you are both letting your hatred for each player cloud your judgement. If you continue with this you are both going to have a coronary.

I'm confident that Ramien will be the first Sharks player actually dropped since I can't remember.. maybe dickfingers?

I'm very confident you're wrong. Short of an insane injury crisis there is no way a half is playing in the centres.

Hynes was a star last year getting his hands all over the ball, and you want to stick him on an edge where he barely sees it? You've seen how we use our centres.

Tricky's time will come. It's rapidly approaching the more he plays like this. But let's not be fooled, whilst he's outplayed Moylan so far this year, he's done so with a VERY different style of game. He's directed the team well, and kicked fantastically, also plays well off the cuff, similar to Hynes. Moylans strengths come from straightening the attack and digging into the line and creating space for those outside, which he did well tonight. These two types of halves can play well together. It remains to be seen if either Hynes or Tricky can add the Moylan element to the same value.

I'd rather put our best 13 on the field. ramien must go .

If its Nicho or Iro in 3 I really don't care. I'd rather it be Nicho but as long as Ramien is gone I don't care.

No I don’t think I am mate. You’d celebrate loud and long if Moylan was dropped. But that’s ok, that’s your agenda. I agree Trindall is playing well and I don’t mind him in the team. But when Nicho comes back it will be him and Matty.
