IMO Cook has been well below his best for around 1.5 years now. He often goes to run only to find there's no space, before passing a hospital ball to some unsuspecting teammate because the play has broken down.

depending who you ask he is the best one or most potential anyway

They always say that about the third brother :)

If the third brother doesn't work out at hooker it might be time for a daughter

Not sure they'd let their sister become a hooker. Especially with all the footy players they hang out with

If you're going to give up on Blayke at this stage, may as well not bother with Jai and just sign an established hooker. Can't waste the better part of a decade waiting for one of them to develop just to send them all off when they are nrl quality.

Apparently third bro is biggest and while he is playing hooker Blayke said he'll probably end up in the middle (possibly meaning 13)

Being bigger than the other two could just put him at a decent playing weight, to be fair

Needs a big game today.
From what I’m hearing we are seriously interested in Connor Watson.
If Blayke doesn’t pull his finger out McInness will be our 9 next year with Watson possibly at 13.

I don’t think we’re giving up on him. Just letting him no he’s not guaranteed the 9 jersey. Competition for spots is what our sides seriously lacking this year IMO.

Your not hearing any exclusive **** there ‘scoop’ :lmao ;). Thats been around the media for weeks now.

I think Watson would be a mistake. He’s a poor mans Tracey in my eyes. He’s not what we need.

No one's ever lost a game by trying to defend their lead...

it's a **** decision to throw the ball to your experienced half back who was strangling the life out of the warriors with his kicking game? i can't really think of a better player in our team to get the ball to in the oppositions 10, alot of SJ's good work comes from there.

anyways thought Brailey was better tonight, a more rounded performance than last few weeks. maybe he's just a bit too quick out of dummy half, bloke never gets a support player to go with him

plus he put in a kick as a nod to the forum

still doesn't offer as much as many hookers in the comp but interested to see the shake up under Fitz, I think it will benefit him

loved the ball he turned back and passed to BHU on the fly, he was calling and looking for that play from the ruck well in advance

SJ did nothing with ball in hand all game mate. Great in goal kicks and that was about it, back to back sets are great but no points from them.
We lost the second half, SJ received the ball 95% of it. Don’t think there has been a try scored on his side for the last two games

The moment we went to Trindall we scored. Thought Brailey’s decision making was poor especially in the 2nd half, plenty of times Trindall had his side of the field set up, watch the game again and see how many times they went the other way. Towards the end of it you even see Trindall and Tracey laughing about it each time it happens

I’m a fan of Braileys potential but I think he is a bit of hand break to our momentum. Every time there’s a quick play the ball he jumps out of dummy half, scoots up to the line, then turns and looks for someone to pass it to. It’s a big reason we aren’t capitalising on half breaks.

Cooky, The Cheese, Api- when a player gets a quick play the ball, the dart out as fast as they can and usually get a second quick play the ball and the team plays off that momentum. He really needs make the most of those quick PTBs, as it’s momentum winning and swinging most games.

He has the potential definitely, maybe starting McInnes at 9 and Brailey off the bench is the ideal way to start next year. I agree, he really needs to back himself when he takes his scoots, he really has a good eye but stops himself.
