I reckon they'd go well together.

I have no doubt. As I've said before a good halfback that can steer a team around will let Barba do what he does best, DCE would only benefit his game imo. I don't think Foran is the same player when DCE isn't around. That's not a knock of Foran, it's just how good DCE is.

He looked good in the trial on weekend, what struck me was that he didn't have to try and be "the go to", he was invariably attracting several defenders and passing off, so maybe our backs will get better earlier ball and he can pick and choose when he has a go. Certainly put some uncertainty into those Eagles defenders with acceleration and late fluid passing.

He was atrocious.

And who put barba in the position to set those 2 tries up? Sir jeff of robson did the work on those plays. Barba just got the last (good) pass in

the kick was ****ing abysmal. Its a shame we dont have a good controlling half that can kick long all day to pair with Barba.

Kicking game wasn't great and looked lost at times but a lot of that comes down to the lack of game time with the spine. Ennis was the same, give them time.
