Even if there was no under the table non cap payments. Doesn't everyone still have a problem with the Nrl ensuring individual clubs get players they couldn't ordinarily afford?

Every club has the same nrl backed salary cap, from which he would've been paid whether he played for us or them.
I'm not gonna comment on it anymore because apparently I'm just being had, but it just smells fishy to me.
