There is every chance some of those guys aren't interested in AC jobs, or alternatively aren't interested in coming here. Alternatively again maybe we aren't able to spend much on an AC.

I'd also have those other guys if we could but there are so many unknowns and variables leading into this that you can't be that critical. At least we have made a change, hopefully he goes better than Sandercock.
