I was wondering what the appeal for Andrew to play in the super league but a chance to play with his twin bro would be a pretty big incentive.

Oh Lordy imagine the cap space if we got him off the books.

That plus it being just that tiny percentage easier may help him play a bit more how he wants to.

Shifting Fifita would give us money for Allan and another half decent player.

Could easily extend his career in the UK for several more years (body willing). Go for it big fella, with our blessings

I'd much rather see the big unit have a few good years over in England than retire on lows over here

I'll miss him dearly even if he is just a chunky one legged Boi these days

Soro to Hull in the ESL (rumour)
Would like to keep him.

Same - he showed this season he is good enough and consistent enough to warrant an NRL spot. he outperformed blokes like Nikora & Jack Williams

don't see why the club wouldn't throw another 12-24 month contract at him as his impact on our cap would be minimal but losing him means we are down another good reliable forward
even if tolman signs we will still be missing Hunt for a bit and williams/nikora's form will be a lottery as usual

maybe there is another forwards signature in the sharks sight outside of tolman (think was some mumours few pages back)

Might just be he can earn more there? Dunno.

also a longer contract

True, probably looking at three years with a view to try get himself another 2-3 year contract afterwards (and perhaps even another contract after that)... and for more money than we can offer him or anyone else in Aus is prepared to.

I’d love Fifs even more if he went the ESL option, otherwise want him to stay with us, has earns the right for us to stay solid.

Would actually watch their games if the Fifita Twins played together. Reckon they'd wreak havoc

Naa mainly on Fifita if it happens
Also would actually prefer to keep Soro and lose Nikora
I reckon Nikora will improve a lot next year. A bad year after a breakout year is not uncommon and he can run a great line, which is a hard thing to teach. I reckon he’ll have some minds changed on this forum by midway next season.

I'm hoping so too. While you could argue his end to 2019 wasn't great either, we've been pretty quick to write him off.

Few more kilos, a few tougher runs and some better defensive decisions and he's right back in the convo. Currently would drop him for Talakai though

We just need another option to allow Nikora to run that line he used to when we were all in love with him. The play got predicatable fast, and we didn't seem to have a plan b to put doubt in the defence's mind.

Andy moving would be huge for us.

I'm not giving up on Briton yet, he is young and has demonstrated he can play far better than this year. Second year syndrome done, hopefully he is given the challenge of re earning a top spot as he doesn't deserve it now.

On backline plays he could get away with just running that line tbh (obviously better if he did have offer more options). It's a good line, it works, and with great pass selection it means defence slide has to hold up to cover it in case he gets it, opening chances outside or else he will be one on one with a defender on their heels. Because he is a relatively easy one on one stop in a straight run though we can't use him many other ways currently. He also doesn't come in for a crash play when hard work is required and is a bad defender.

Talakai can probably run that line 80-90% is good but is far better as a straight runner than Nikora is.
