Lloyd Perrets been released also.
This is an idea and not a rumour. I would assume that Jack bird will want to get closer to the action and will eventually become a 2nd rower or lock. With Lewis most likely retiring at the end of next year I suggest Bird moves in one spot. Peachey has stated that centre is his best position. With Hiku and Whare coming back they may not persist with him their. I would offer Bird to take Lewis's spot and then Peachey into Birds spot. would make a lethal right side if Holmes was till on the wing. Just a thought.

Zero tackle saying that Perrett has gone Manly
Manly has snared out-of-favour Bulldogs forward Lloyd Perrett.
Canterbury's inability to shift Perrett last season resulted in the club breaching the salary cap, an offence likely to result in a fine after the club self-reported to the NRL.

Don't see it as worse than ours tbh. Their team is pretty average.Love to see Manly's Cap spreadsheet .
Even without Matai and Lyons .
Yes , you're right .
I just checked too .
Deleted my rant
Who have have we got te replace Gal in 2018? Finucane is off contract. Would love to see him in Sharks colours but will be demanding a bit of coin I think.
Haha all good mate. Dont see many teams as questionable besides brisbane really. Even they arent too bad when you look at their outside backs and bench.
We should be considering guys like this, but as many have said it is possible that Bird takes over one of the back row spots in 2018 and beyond. Lewis is also talking like he will be looking to play 2 more years - is is conceivable that the only losses in the pack are Gal and Heighno, and that at least one of Bird and Capewell will be full time forwards.
