Good player to have in your squad. Can handle a job at fullback, on the wing or in the centres.

I would rather us just rely on our young guys for depth they are a lot cheaper.

Clearing sale to bring Boyd home

The Brisbane Broncos are clearing up to $1 million under the salary cap to bring Darius Boyd home with the Maroons ace a shock contender for the troublesome five-eighth position.
The Courier-Mail can reveal Brisbane are officially targeting Boyd, with Broncos players aware of master coach Wayne Bennett's desire to sign his protege.
Under the plan, Boyd is being considered as a five-eighth option, a scenario that would give Bennett the flexibility to deploy superstar recruit Anthony Milford at fullback.
It is understood Boyd's return to Red Hill is a fait accompli, pending his departure from a mental-health clinic, which he checked into last month to treat depression.

In your head, rent free
im cool woth mitch brown being a squad filler, he is better than the depth we have

it would have been nice to be able to call on him rather than a stapo or an ayshford, so for the right price he is a good signing

They're really going to need to clear some players out in that case. Very happy to help them out and take Hunt :)

Realistically though they'll probably let Maguire and Hoffman go.

I'm also happy with Mitch Brown. He's learnt a lot under Dessie and I would not be surprised if he was a regular first grader with us next year. He's shown that he can finish well.
I think he had one bad game this year where nothing went right but apart from that he has done well.

Sounds like Jono Wright. Not for me I'm afraid.
