Ok, so assuming that he can come here into our systems, behind our forward pack, and replicate the form that he can produce under one of the best coaches in the game in Maguire, only to produce 2 more try assists than Robson, for THAT much money.

Bag him all you want but your other options are garbage.

Unless we get DCE, Hodkinson, Hunt or Sezer there are no better options than him available in the next two years. Sezer is only arguably better and Hunt is yet to show he can perform like this year after year.

How often are we defending well inside our own half on the oppositions last tackle because our long kicking game is so poor and the fullback is catching the ball on the full 30 metres out ? Answer is quite a lot. So a quality kicker like Reynolds would be invaluable to us, and his general play is 1000× what robbo is.

its clear as day we need a long kicking half, and reynolds fits that mould for us

if you want try assists, why werent you on here last year asking us to sign soward and wallacae instead of re-signing carney?

Sezer has not had a good year but has never produced stats comparable to renyolds in the last two years.

Foran is over rated IMO. Good tough footballer who is a great team player but he's no superstar.

His temper is a problem, he's got a short fuse, gives away dumb penalties and is suspended a lot. No thanks.

There's more to a player than just stats. General influence on the team, leadership. Foran is the kind of player you could build a team around. I feel he's playing the Widdop role for Manly. Maybe if he came here he could step up like Widdop has. It wouldn't surprise me.

Who knows, maybe Brown can become the player for us. We'd have to see more of his game first. One thing for sure though, our current setup of Robson doing everything and Brown rarely touching the ball isn't sustainable.

I'd take Reynolds in a heartbeat. The bloke is a true halfback.

What would I pay him? Ideally it would be a steal if you could pick him up for 5-550k a year but I think for a club like us we would have to throw an extra 100-150k on top

Bagging out Reynolds on this years performances just isn't right they lost luke and he was a massive part of the team. I'd gladly take Reynolds and think he is the best option for us, better than hunt only because hunt is on a high and he isn't worth whatever his current market value is

Reynolds I will say has chocked in big games and went missing but being young and learning his trade as he goes isn't the worse thing ever

Now that's a good mix in our spine and Ennis will help brown and Reynolds heaps . All we would need is attacking structures, not this **** we are playing now with robson and coaches ATM
