I’d go to $700k for Ramien. Chemistry has value and our back like currently has that. Not to mention he keeps getting better, his best years are the next 3-5 I reckon. We could cut him to save 100k but the guy we get may not fit in/hold form/. Too many unknowns.

How much would you offer Noodles for 4 years to stay Chad ?
No idea Egg, it's not up to me. I was just saying I think it's a bit harsh to call him a greedy prick and other names when nothing official has been announced.

If we offer Ramien around the 650k a year for 3 years I think that’ll keep him here. But the tigers are putting a 4 year deal together at 750k which is a **** load of money.

Talakai and Ronnie have taken unders to stay apparently so yeah. Hopefully Katoa and Ramien do the same to stay together. Kennedy can take 350k or simply leave. He’s not worth more than at imo.

I think it's more , IF the Sharks have raised the bar to him proportionally to the Cap and his team mates are taking unders .
Just sign .
BUT , you are correct .
We don't know what's been offered from the Sharks .
PS : if he continues to be suspended he becomes a liability and worth less too .

Everyone's circumstances are different, and they never know when their career could be cut short so I can never blame a player for chasing cash if that's their motivation.

As much as it would be great for them to love the club like we do, it's their job. They have to look after themselves and their families.

No didn't assume he is gone .
BUT , Ronnie and others taking pay cuts to stay as a TEAM.
IF Noodles wants to rack off for 40K a year after tax
Seeya

Ronnie didn't take a pay cut. He got a pay rise but got higher offers from others that he ignored. Who are the others who took pay cuts egg?

For all we know Ronnie may even have been in for a rise with the cap increase. Several players may have been.

If not, geez we'll have some cap left for 2024. 2.5 million increase with no one new coming yet means many $$$ left.

Keep it in the war chest Moons

I think that is the important point .
He took unders to play at a club he loves and with his mates.
Led by example and urges others to do the same.
The pay rise you mention, may well have been due to the proportional increase in cap

Being a good team with a good environment run by a well respected coach comes with the privilege of getting players to sign/stay for unders sometimes.

Or maybe it's just a coincidence and the teams that are good are signing people for "unders" wink wink

A slight raise in salary to play in a side run by Sheens without halves or a culture sounds kind of miserable. But if they are offering $100k more a year for 4 more years that is really tempting.

Seems the whole issac Liu to the warriors was a complete g up. He’s staying at the Titian’s. Warriors are chasing a prop now though to replace Murdoch-Masilla.

Tigers have offered Moses 1.4 mil
Dogs 1.2 mil
Parra 1.1 mil

All offers are for 4-5 years.
