When he gets a decent rest like last night you'll get more direct hard running from him. If he's gotta pace himself through 70 odd mins he's gonna have to reign it in a bit to remain effective in D.

Its quite funny that to this very day, bulldogs fans still say they're glad they didn't get him. It's insane

They would have been absolutely cornholed salary cap wise, it was big $$ from memory, throw in the other stuff they were doing and they would have lost Fifita a few years back

This is what I was saying earlier... just because he can play 80 doesn’t mean he necessarily should.. give him long rests and keep him fresh so he can just run straight and hard

For sure. His ability to play big mins is great but should only happen IF we absolutely need it.

if he has to play big minutes we should run him wider than straight up the guts

It's good that we've got a pack that can all play decent minutes and the coach isn't forced to make Fifita play huge minutes or he do a tonne of work each game. Spread it around a bit.

I do like what Morris is doing with his interchange. I also am loving our bench at the moment.

Hammie strain as Matt said last night. The second time he's strained it this season.

You'd think he'll miss a game or 2.
