wonder how bad the knee is, doesn't seem to have his usual power or agility save the odd run, but even then he is getting gang tackled and cut down

If Gals out i would like Fifita to be our captain again until wades back. has really matured and seems to thrive with the extra responsibility.
Prefer Aaron Woods or Chad Townsend. They're smarter and less emotional. Fifi would put enormous personal effort into his game but this is about playing smart.

agree with gumby's take

Fifita has played excellent footy as a captain and some refs have even given him credit for being good to work with

woods seems too chill and Chad will no one listens to him apparently lol

You sound like your talking to some U20s fringe first grader haha

Even though we'd all like to see him take a few more straight hitups I think there's a fair bit of evidence he isn't a pussy and is serious...

No he isn't a pussy but he is playing like one.

He didn't win a premiership or get dally m prop for running sideways.

He has a bad tendency to do this and needs to snap out of it.

Disagree, I think he did get where he is at today by running sideways (occasionally)

He's always crabbed and run sideways - he looks for a weakness and then tries to barge through with his explosive power and a big fend. He's had plenty of success with it, getting through the line or offloading.

BUT it works best when those outside defensive players haven't moved up because they are expecting him to just slam the line.
He's at his best when he's just running straight and hard like 80%+ of the time but in some games, especially if we are chasing points, he can get caught up trying to create something with the ball instead and the more he does that in each game the more the defensive line expects it the next time, which makes it ineffective.

I did notice him in the background grab at his hammy and wave his arm to the bench. I hope I’m wrong but looked like he was reacting a lot more than he would if it was tightness.
