He played like 70 minutes the ****in unit. 1 man army against the Maori pack. Typical beast like work rate - 21 runs for 170 and 36 tackles without a miss. Robbed of MOTM again.

Didn't have surgery on his knee in the off season? with 3-4 weeks to go until the nrl season, is it worth having fifita not play in any of the trials and have him 100% for round 1? or is this knee gonna be something he's gonna have to work on week in week in similar to last season?

He's busted his PCL right? So he either gets it fixed and has a long layoff or he just plays on as he has been.
Losses a bit of stability in the knee but shouldn't impact him too much - Gal has been without one for years I'm pretty sure.

I don't mind either way whether he gets a bit of a run in the trials or coach feels he doesn't need it
