Uele wont be there until round 2 or 3
Was non weight bearing on his leg for 6 weeks after knee surgery and will only recommence full running towards back end of pre season.
Told me he is aiming for round 2 or 3 return if all goes well
He misses way too much footy I feel

I'm saying that Kaufusi is in bench spot #3.

Fitz's 4 man bench will have player #2 and #3 on a similar rotation (15 either side of half time).

Healthy bench is Cam, Jack, Oregon + 1

BHU being injured brings Jesse into the conversation.
Can't agree .
Cam , Williams , Oregon are all similar ( add Dale to this )
High Energy long minute defensive work horses IF required .
The only time I saw any REAL bending of the opposition line was when Hazo came on.
We NEED 2 real IMPACT props on the bench to put the opposition into reverse gear like oppositions do to us , we are SOFT.
Having 3 Bench Energiser Bunnies and not smashing through the middle is CRAP ( my 2 cents )

Do you have your own opinion on the topic or just gonna keep saying what the coach might do?
You actually don't know whats happening at training and there hasn't been any comments made this off season about who's in the best 17. People here are just trying to say they like someone better than another bloke and you're just shitting on them, say you like Oregon more and leave it at that.
if you were the coach (*********************+) then you can be factual or whatever you're trying to be. Just let people have an opinion and enjoy the escape this forum is
Dont even care about the rest of the post. Was the bold part needed?
Unprovoked and your just shitting on someone for no reason and about an incident you probably know nothing about. Burgo wasn't saying anyone can't have an opion. Was just saying how he saw it from his point of view and was never rude to anyone like you just were. Really not called for.

For your info, a lot of people on here enjoy what burgos got to say and thank him for all the time he spends on the data he shows us.

Maybe you should go back to enjoying to forum quietly and stop posting.

Post has been deleted. Pretty poor form that one.

If posters are going to use things from the "Mens Room" thread to personally slag people off, there only two outcomes.
1) we won't have that thread anymore, and/or
2) the poster in question won't be welcome on the forum

I think a lot of members find value in that thread, and we would like to keep it. There has been discussion previously among mods about removing it for this reason though. Most are doing the right thing.

Continuing the discussion… the idea was to “predict” the round 1 lineup with everyone healthy. If we are predicting the lineup I’m basing that on Fitz's past behaviour. He could certainly change his mind.

If we are talking about people’s preferred lineup and/or forward rotation, different discussion - especially given BHU is out for a bit.

Conversation really becomes about what egg says here. Assuming Cam and Jack are picked, are the other two blokes high involvement low minute players, do you include a Kaufusi/Colquhoun in there with just one of Tom/Royce?

Alternatively, could it be a 3 forward bench and you carry a utility (Dykes?). Lots of ways to skin it. A few on the forum want Sifa on the bench, others want a hooker, and of course there is always the jersey swapping or edge swapping discussion with the halves.

egg - I'd probably throw one other in with those guys you have grouped together. Quick play the balls and 1%ers.

Cam and James Graham had a really good discussion about this stuff in Graham's podcast. First 20-25 is all great stuff, but here's a discussion around quick ptb's.

Mate that would be a terrible decision. Just give anyone who abuses it a holiday.
You get why it has to be part of the discussion though unfortunately.

Just imagine.... what some poster(s) (ex exclusively, I want to believe) could have done to someone if they'd felt safe enough to come out! ****, we had someone told it was time to shuffle off because they were well matured (like a fine wine I'd argue). Arseholery of the highest level.

While we're on the topic, I'd like to thank everyone here who supports each other, feels they can share something to help lift the weight and anyone who makes a mistake by losing their ****, then owns up and asks that everyone accepts that they're human... which they almost always do. It's cool.

I will suss that mate .
Just frustrated that other teams DON'T fear our bench .
I reckon for a BIG man Tommy plays the ball pretty darn quick and tries to do the 1 % ers

Maybe not in terms of intimidation. I reckon they'd be hating having to deal with Jack and Cam's quick ptbs after being out there for 30 minutes already though. I really like when Tom is out there with Cam too. The short passes are a good tactic to get Tom away from the ruck defence.

There were definitely some good games with both Tom and Royce coming from the bench and ripping in, but others where having a couple of lower minute benchies didn't work (usually because someone got injured). Tom didn't embarrass himself in longer minutes, but it made him play differently.

I actually thought Royce was really good in the finals loss too. Possibly his best game ever as a starter.

That is a REALLY GOOD summation
Cheers Mate

Disagree ;

There’s a difference between hating to handle Jack or Cam and not even being able to handle Tom when he’s running at you

I like this Egg.

Iro's time has come. It's time to step up.

He's an incredible tackle breaker. His own tackling will have to improve on the job.
