It amazes me how referees think they can identify when a player is milking. Do they think they can get inside the player's brains or something? They usually play favourites with this. Let's hope the ref we get Friday night is a good one. I don't mind Grant Atkins or Adam Gee - the others are nothing short of disgraceful. I'd even have Kasey Badger or Belinda Sharpe before I'd have Cummins, the Sutton brothers et al.
To an extent I would say you can tell a lot of the time, especially if you are in nice and close. But they definitely call it on some that I think look very much like tackler is still too involved. If player is 'milking' to show they're still being held down then it should be a penalty regardless of the milking.
Unless attacker is interfering with defender getting off (which does happen) then milking is irrelevant, they are either held down too long or they aren't.

Some players like Woods loves a milk so got it called on him a bit too easily, and then old mate Fifita who gets called by name out of loads of tackles wayyy to early.

out for 4-6 weeks
Groin soreness Sharks site says, which wouldn't equate to 4-6 weeks. You're obviously hearing it is very sore?

If he is out that long Ronnie and Iku could lock it down and push him to 14

Pretty much the best possible team given the 6 blokes missing.

Forwards stacked as expected, our guys will have to work hard in the middle. Passed test by Dogs pack with flying colours, but these guys have been good as a unit for a while.

If we can compete in the middle we should be able to outscore them.

Pretty much the best possible team given the 6 blokes missing.
Limits your choices a bit with that many out! Couple weeks ago we were wondering how everyone fits in, now we've only got 18 players I'd call NRL ready to chose from!
