They looked tired from pretty early in the game mate, standing around with hands on hips.

I look at Penrith who played more games than any team except for South’s, who also had the shortest preseason, and they look super fit and energised. They have great line speed, and they don’t stop.
We had a huge weight of possession against us though. Reckon it would sap the energy of most teams.

In other seasons we would have been blown off the park to the point of no return. At least we had it in us to make a return and almost win.

That’s what I was getting at. Only 1/3 possession in first half we definitely would have looked gassed at times

By comparison Penrith had it easy, although much if that was thanks to their own doing
