I know this should be membership thread discussion, but i would love to see the option next year to add a members jersey to your membership order, so if you do decide to do the pay by the month thingo, its included in that. Would be a nice way to get people purchasing a bit of merchandise with their order.

another thing that would be good is if sharksstore.com.au or even just the NRLs own online merchandise store offered a direct debit take home lay by option.

They are forgetting how much a jersey really costs i think. $160 is ridiculous, then with postage the members jersey is up near $200.

online surf store surfstitch uses a payment method called afterpay which takes 4 equal payments each fortnight but surfstitch get the order out to you straight away (i orderd some gear on there on saturday i got it 730 am monday).

Even though everything costs you the same, it gets the stuff to you and eases that hit on the bank. If you were buying a families worth of supporters gear, it could easily go into the thousands.

I'm paying by the month this year and the jersey is included in repayments.

The membership girl I spoke to when Renewing organized it.
I also did it a couple of years ago when I renewed online. So it's been possible for awhile now.

It would make sense to buy the members jersey in installments.

But, if you get the jersey after it has been fully paid, your getting a jersey at the end of the regular season for full price, when most jerseys go on sale.

If you get the jersey before you finish paying, the club is gambling that you don't cancel the direct debit or close your bank account. Maybe only offer it to members of +5 yrs, with punishments of a membership ban for life.

Love the members jersey, just wish it wasn't so expensive.
