an independent commission to rule on player behaviour is a great idea, as some clubs like the sharks are hard on their players, and some other clubs are lot less strict, i think this would be a fairer system. what do you guys think?

i think it has been the form of young players like porter,ferguson,wright and stapelton which means we will only get better over the next few years. also we still have a chance of making the top 8 and then anything is possible, despite poor start to season.
