Kearney
Seu Seu
Green
Brown
Ross
Goodwin

Simmons has signed with Penrith
Vea has signed with Melbourne
Hughes will retire

Some sources also say that Williams and Snowden are off contract, but apparently that is incorrect.

Kearney OR Brown, & Ross.

Would be the only players I would want. CUx2 would be GREAT to have but not really utilizing the Morris signing hence a bit of a waste

I'd like to resign Ross but it'd have to be a low price. Same thing for Kearney. Would definitely like Brown to stay at the club because I think he has a good future and would add to our depth. Maybe Goodwin as well.

Sharks are staying very tight lipped on who they are talking to until a deal is reached. Sticky has said that this is the hardest part of the year when he has to tell people to look elsewhere. But the only person he has admitted saying something like that to is Corey Hughes. They both agreed he would retire.

Of the remaining players:

Brett Kearney
Bryan Norrie
Mitch Brown
Ben Ross
Ian Donnelly
Blake Green
Jacob Selmes
Misi Taulapapa
Terrence Seu Seu
Jack Afamasaga
Tony Caine
Bronx Goodwin

I'd re-sign Kearney, Ross, Afamasaga, only one of Seu Seu/TC (prob TC as he would cost less and be happier to be in NSW Cup than Seu Seu) and Goodwin.

If Kearney or Goodwin said no then that is when i would re-sign Brown, otherwise prob let him go.

A couple of days ago I was thinking the exact same thing about resigning Afamasaga, also seuseu. Now I reckon best 2 leave both go, save the dosh.

Clear the way for Juodo at hooker and also Wright, Milo, and Vave, Moefo (by pushing Douggie to second row if required)

I think we should keep.....
Brown, Goodwin we still need cover in the outside backs and these 2 aren't going to cost a lot.
Ross on a much smaller contract of say 100k max + incentives

Kearney has already signed overseas hasnt he?

Nope. Check out last weeks Rugby League Week. There's a a piece about Kearney called "116 days of pain" which mentions that England is his most likely but he has spoken to Ricky Stuart about the possibility of staying.

from this list i would have to say BROWN and CAINE but with our new signings they wouldn't get much game time .Our back line is pretty tight now we have collis, wright, gardner, covell, stapleton, ferguson. Our hookers in aiton and morris doesn't leave any room for caine the salery cap wouldn't allow us to have that much depth .

Seu Seu - Nuh waste of money, have 2 hookers already Juduo can fill in
Green - Nuh, Albert Kelly to be replacement
Ross - Yep if realistic price
Goodwin - Nuh
Caine - Nuh
Taulapapa - Nuh
Norrie - Nuh, enough props
Donnelly - Nuh
Afamasaga - Nuh enough second rowers
Selmes - Nuh

Kearney - Good if cheap
Brown - maybe if we dont sign Kearney
Ross - Yep if realistic price, and incentive based

Apart from these 3, if we dont get Ross we need one GOOD prop. Keep the rest of the money for next year!

I would of thought that Kearney was a done deal to head off to the UK?!

He probably will head there still as Great White has said its all but done, another person on here said they talked to him in Carmens and he said he was going to England and multiple people have either heard or read he's going. So it wont be surprising. But the article in RLW suggested he'd strongly consider staying if offered something and that Ricky is about to consider offering him something, especially now that Seymour is gone so there is even more money around.

Yeah Mark I am imagining it cause Kearney will probably get injured again and never play with these guys.

Get rid of all the players on the list.

We are merely holding back players by keeping them and this year we were taught a tough lesson by not giving our juniors a go like Stapeleton, Wright, Vea & Fergo

Look at Parramatta. They have lost killer jnr players like Kelly & Wright.
