Yep we've been stacked with backrowers for a long time now. Missing the likes of Ross, Gibbs ect. Prior busted his ass tonight looked more gassed than usual. All that work takes it's toll tackling big bodies

Got some pretty poor calls from the whistle-blowers (and one howler from the touchie) tonight, but should have been good enough to win. At least getting the 1 point will stop all of the "for an against" discussions so we can start taking about something else :)

Titans offered ZERO in attack in the first half other than 5 rucks and a bomb; it was like watching the 1992 North Sydney Bears! It was the piggy-backs out of their own end that got them back in the game.

Should have won that in regular time, Val wasn't tackled and Maloney kicked the FG

I'm stressed thinking back on the game now haha. We were ugly tonight. Titans really aimed up and fair play to them, they really took it too our boys. I had mentally accepted us losing, so to get a draw is weird. It just doesn't look right on the ladder.

Really short turnaround for the Raiders game. I hope we are switched on for them because that should be a cracking game. I want to stay undefeated at home.

Tonight I thought there was some shocking refereeing and Titans got away with murder .. I also thought Greg Bird used every cheating dog act he could and....got away with it.

Someone should have snoted him ..legally or not.

Maloney twisted Hurrell's leg in a tackle. Fifita was Fifita and Bird rushed in. Prior kept twisting legs in tackles. We did more than our fair share tonight.

I think I need to stop reading reddit. We are more grubbier than prime Melbourne apparently. Though all that crap did happen tonight.

How many times did prior grab a leg while they were on the ground and spin em around in the tackle, don't remember him getting pinged once a swear he did it 3 tackles in a row that second half. We got a decent go by the refs tonight.

Titans bench played outstanding tonight. Lucky to walk away with the draw IMO.

There forwards really bashed us around tonight. Need to regroup and get ready for another big game Saturday.

I thought so too ... but I was sat 100m away. Gotta wait and see when the full game comes up on NRL. Probably a 50/50 call.

Question.... Had a bet on a few weeks ago. Sharks to go undefeated. does a draw count as a loss? Can't see anything in T&C showing it cancels the bet

I don't think Maloney twisted Hurrell's leg. Hurrell just sooked.

Wouldn't think hurrell would get too much sympathy off sharks fans regardless after the knee to toops face.

Seriously? I thought it's the worst theyve been in ages. Perhaps all year. Only started playing after the 80 minutes was up. Out enthused, bashed in the middle, and more than anything lost all shape with the ball and waited for a teammate to do something.

Passive.
Agree. I can't remember getting pushed backwards as often as that for a while. Apart from our first two tries we looked lethargic in attack.

Yed, the Tits aimed up and were impressive but they're not a serious contender. What happens come finals if Storm or Cows muscle up in the same way?

Lots of work for the coach ahead but at least there's time.

I've watched a lot of footy this year, and that performance from the Titans is one of the best of the season. Their energy and enthusiasm would have beaten almost any side in the comp. And Hurrell is back ro his absolute best... he's virtually unstoppable.

I do think this is the wake up call we needed. We were shown the commitment it'll take to win the comp. And still came away with a draw (and within ab inch of the win).
I'm happy with that. And looking forward to seeing the same from the Sharks, and more. We're capable of it.
