Well what a game last night, great crowd also.
Fifita, Williams and Smith were the stand out for me with the rest of the team all having a good game.
we gave them nothing, our defence was great and we are throwing the ball alot more and were even jumping for the high ball.
Even Poms played well.
The best part was singing the song again.

PS And we also got the trifecta for the day 3 from 3

That is what I was thinking, him scoring really shocked me. Though I didn't care I was just glad we had scored a try. I don't think anyone would of put money on that.

Great job by the team, the ref was dodgy at best but we still took the win. Matty wright got nailed several times but he got up. Our back three did very well. That chip by de gois to Williams was nice. I bet they have been working on it. Well done to th team.

Meh the speed of him doesn't worry me at all. Him taking a smashing all game, back slammed , shoulder hit hard , he copped a lot from souths and got up. If it was me or any of us and were would be hurting slot and not getting up.
One of those tries that he apparently screwed was a hard one, he got crushed hard and was trying to pass it to the wing. I'm in impressed by the team creativity it's getting better . Though wright needs to work on his attack and speed work but damn he can take punishment .
I loved when GI got nailed several times and it looked like GI was a bit groggy after them hits

A great team performance, and the result was exactly what I was expecting all week. Us to come out playing for our season and grinding them down.
How good was the crowd? Definitely one of the best of the season.
There was one thing that sucked at the end of the game though. The team was doing a lap of honour and plenty of kids and big kids
were at the fences waiting for them to walk past and the only one that actually came to hi 5 the fans was morris. The rest of them stayed well within the boundaries and just clapped. I would of been dissapointed being a little kid with the team not even coming over to you.
And the wanker cop threatening to throw a friend out for swearing... on the beer hill!

I will be honest and say I didn't give us a chance before last nights game. I was so pissed off after Monday night and thought we would go on one of our famous end of year losing streaks. Great to see the boys prove me wrong. Massive effort. Think I will keep my gob shut next time and show a bit of belief. Oh well that's what being a sharks fan is all about!
Yeah I was impressed with that crowd number for a saturday night.

Definitely helps playing the bunnies, there are probs more of them in the shire than the sharks but we did outnumber them. Which we couldn't say in the same game last year imo.

To the big issues.. The fireworks before the game were the best I can remember in the last ten+ years!
One thing I found strange is security stopped me parking in a nearby street because neighbours had complained about cars parking. Not really legal, but wasn't a massive deal.
