I honestly believe that we are managing to hold onto the top 4 spot due to the inconsistency of the other teams. Also Storm, Rabbits and Roosters are off this year.

I don’t necessarily believe we are better than these other teams.
Apparently based off our ladder position we are and have been for large parts of the year.

Teams struggle with key personelle changes or injury. We've had our years where we've barely been able to field a side, now it's the Storm's turn.
Rabbits have really missed AJ and Latrell while he was out (and last round...)
Roosters are the same. Two of their leaders gone anda few key guys out for extended periods and they're only just bouncing back.

We're lucky our changes have all been positive. And it's still taking a while to gel... they're just good enough to get it done while they work it out.

I think what has helped us most is the camaraderie in the team. We all seem to be on the same page and enjoying playing together.

That is all on Fitzy. He seems to have created a wonderful culture there and the players have bought into it and have each other's back.

That goes a long way towards winning football games.

We are actually pretty sht for a 3rd place team.

This season is a weird one in terms of genuine contenders

Not complaining but we are very lucky

Plus he wanted to be the main man for us, and is the main man for us and we are winning game of football.

Going alright for a side with a spine of
Kennedy: bog average, no support, won't defend, can't make decisions anymore. Should look at replacing.
Moylan: can't kick, can't run, should never have been re-signed. Should look at replacing.
Hynes: a fullback pretending to be a half who just runs around like he has no idea all game. Should play a different position.
Brailey: offers nothing in attack, never makes line breaks, should kick more but doesn't. Should look at replacing.
👍🏻
Nailed it…..

He's played 18 of 19 games, hardly an excuse, they beat the Knights easily the game he missed. The man has 22 tries, 6 ahead of 2nd

Agreed.

Lucky the normally consistent Storm, roosters and to a lesser extent south’s are having an off year.

But really happy we are in the top 4 still.

South’s are struggling without Reynolds, he would have them firing still even without Latrell when injured.

I got it too, just thought it was pretty funny you managed to **** it up to say they were missing a bloke who has 22 tries for them this season and is playing (virtually) every week

Wish he was 0 from 0 for silly passes into Toby with 10 to go. Probably wouldn't have had to worry about the 1 from 1.
Personally I think that was at least as much Toby's fault. Was catchable and he should anticipate a pass when running alongside his halfback.
I'm sure there were plenty of other plays around similar timeframe would get called silly one way or the other if they had been knocked on instead.

Pass looked more into Toby's shoulder live, can't be bothered watching it again.
