Despite all the recent news coming out from the media is about us having to be a club that will fold, main thing is he sounds pretty confident we will get through this period & survive this period.

What I don't understand though is, are we in big danger of having to fold or not? Some journalists are saying we are one of the most vulnerable, others are saying we should be one of the clubs that are capable of surviving.

FFS he's not Deano, he's Dino. It matters.

Egg’s auto correct and the inability to proof read his work has again seen him tumble into a forlorn figure of despair.

One wonders what the next edition of groundbreaking ridicule will come his way next? :)

If you can work out the gist of the statement , surely that shouldn't be an ordeal ?
Get a REAL a real problem , I reckon.
But , will try to NOT to upset any grammar perfectionists :)

The trouble is egg, if we encourage people and forgive their spelling and grammar mistakes we run the risk in the long run of losing our beautiful English language and see it evolve into a jumbled mess of letters that make no sense whatsoever. The fight must continue for us purists who strive each day to preserve the language we hold so dear to ourselves. War must be waged against text language, trendy abbreviations and the annoying and ever puzzling use of a space before a full stop or comma. :)

In all seriousness I am trying to teach my 10 year old son how to spell and use proper grammar but I’m failing miserably. I honestly am worried about how our language will look in 50 years time. It will be absolutely mutilated to pieces.

Get him to read. Then encourage him to write about **** he likes. With a pen. I can type mindlessly for ages but writing by hand seems to engage the brain a bit more.
