I'm not a fan of the "you never change a winning team" philosophy. What if Robbo is missing a heap of tackles, letting in tries, throwing forward passes, kicking out of the full, but we somehow manage to win 1 or two more games due to Barba magic and Murphy is playing the house down in the reggies?

I don't. Flanno will pick Robson for sure.

Hopefully the trials and auckland nines will shows what his has to offer.
If he kills it, then he should be afforded first crack.
Based on Barba's latest interview, it's not like he needs Robbo's "stablising influence", so a younger up and coming talented half would be the way to go IMHO.

lets not kid ourselves, he is flannos incumbent, come hell or high water, old man robbo will be running out round 1 FG for kick off....... what happens post round 1 is anyones guess.....

Yeah it'll be Robson come Rd 1.

... But then again, he has been injured in pre-season trials before, perhaps a pre-season injury might... happen. ;)

You guys are forgetting when we signed Robbo he wasn't named in the starting side until after 3 or 4 rounds after Carney and Wade couldn't get it working

So therefore Flanno has the balls not to name him, but in saying that I doubt he won't as Murphy isn't 1st grade proven so he has to earn the spot off robbo
