I think Brown should do a season or two as hooker in ressies and replace ennis.

Gagan should be the go to winger for any of our wingers out of form.

Holmes has to do a season in ressies and back up for gordan when he gets injured.

Murphy seems to be a good player to keep Robson honest.

Is the gap between QCup and NSW Cup , in terms of quality, vast?

Because of those videos TM looks a gun and a class above, but in saying that he might just be at NSW Cup standard.

Said this a few days ago, there is a lot of wasted talent in the QLD cup. So many of those players should be playing nrl but for some reason it goes unnoticed.

One who stands out is former cowboys players Dane Hogan. Plays for easts. bloke is as tough as nails. runs hard, tackles harder, can pass alright both ways for a forward and got a little bit of pace to go with it.

Would be a good signing for the sharks.

Do we have a scouting team exclusively for the Q Cup? If not, we should.

They would rather play qld cup and hold out for a broncos gig than play NRL in sydney. It seems to be a Queensland thing, and it's the reason the broncos always get to sign talented young queenslanders for bugger all.

Queenslanders are much more rusted on to thier state than southerners IMO.

I'm not getting carried away although it's good thinking by the club if he's a positive influence on Barba. He wouldn't have cost much so there's absolutely zero risk. Good job, Sharks.

I'll break the trend here. Personally don't rate him that highly. He is a good NSW Cup signing, but shouldn't go near nrl. He is scared of contact and defence is very poor (think Todd Carney, but worse). Have a mate who played with and against him at q cup, laughed at the prospect of him playing nrl. Basically said their game plan is to direct traffic at him all game as he will run and jersey grab.

Though he does have a good kicking game.

Look mate given you're a ranga I can understand your apprehension toward a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. Hell I'd reckon with your complexion the difference between a 40 and 60 watt bulb to you is 2nd and 3rd degree burns. But slap on the 50+ and a skivvy and embrace the light brother.

Make way Robbo, thanks for your service. Step up Todd Murphy.
