Toby is a good forward when fit and able to string consecutive games together over a period of time.
All of our regular top 17 front row forwards actually have had this issue falling out of form after suspension or injury.
But with back to back and more games their potential comes through again and they even carve it up at times or at least start to perform consistently.
Toby gives us work rate, tackles and some good quick carries and he is capable of being aggressive at times and busting the line. Errors are frustrating but that can be every player really.
Defs not in the plodder category in what I consider the traditional sense., Oregon is the soild/plodder type.
Toby still has an important role to play for us at the Sharks and off the grog and getting fit we might not have even seen his best just yet.
