Poor game today. The warriors forwards owned him. We were lucky the bench made such an impact and Tolman carried the starters for the most part

Yep agree mate. Opposing teams seem a wake up to him now.

He runs hard and straight but rarely breaks the line these days. A bit one dimensional at the moment and prone to the odd error.

I’m in no way giving up on him but he needs another string to his bow.

I’d love him to develop an offload but he needs to get his handling better before he can master that.

Like puma said. He seems to be trying to hard. This may be because he realises others aren't trying hard enough.

Might be time to give Jack a start and have Toby come off the bench. Jack's style of D these days might help slow the roll, and Toby always looked best of the bench. Couldn't hurt at this stage, and might create some healthy competition

I don’t really want to mess what Jack’s doing at the moment, we’ve stumbled on the winning formula for Jack with his impact off the bench and I kinda want to keep him there. Let’s not muck that up.

I know... But I'd rather find the winning formula for Toby. He should have more upside but we're not seeing it. Could be the amount of defence he's doing, but whatever it is he isn't having the impact he should be and were giving away starts to teams exactly like we did last year

I actually can’t remember the last time he broke a tackle. Anyone know?

Did he break one last night I can’t recall.
