I'm already into the cricket, umpiring my son's Under 10s games following mates playing shires cricket and watching the pros play when they are on.

Of course I'll watch my Baggies in the Championship in England and try to play as much golf as I can. I haven't played much this year, my 17 handicap has ballooned out to 23 or 24.

And of course, as every bastard on this forum knows - I'm building a pool!

What’s Snowman doing tho?

I lived in the US for a few years, was a regular at ice hockey games, and enjoy baseball and NFL
NHL Capitals (have seen them live heaps, won Stanley Cup in 2018 and was like a Sharks maiden premiership feeling)
MLB Rays and Nationals (great playoffs so far)
NFL Ravens, Redskins, Buccaneers (have family in Washington and Tampa)

and in the EPL Norwich City, go the canaries (doubt they can stay in premiership)

like the BBL and test matches, not big on the one dayers

so there you have it boys

Once NRL/AFL/Union seasons are over, I take a step back and follow my other teams rather than the whole competitions, otherwise I'd never have a life.

Mainly in no particular order, NFL, NHL, Big Bash (only cricket I watch these days), ABL (love getting ****faced at these things), MLB, NBA, list goes on...

Apart from that I've got 2 boys now, so my hands are pretty full.

Last few years I've been BBQing on weekends and have really gotten into it, but good meat is just way too damn expensive.

Now that it's warmer I'll go out with mates and have a shoot. They always want to go out in winter when it's blowing a gale and sleeting and I ain't got time for that ****

I've heard of that series and good things too

Rumours were that Merc were chasing Danny to replace Bottas but Bottas just got resigned for another season (rightly so too). Ferrari are looking at him I believe with Vettel on shaky ground but I don't think it happens. I would love to see Danny in a Ferrari or Merc **** me he could carve but he is getting huge money on that Renault contract and seems happy there, willing to stay true to his word to stick it out and help develop the car and team. after getting treated kinda ****ty at Red Bull once it become apparent Verstappen was the No 1 and the teams future he honestly looks more relaxed now despite not being in a competitive team anymore and still having all sorts of bad luck with grid penalties and mechanical issues.

I think it's a massive shame though. He is a massively talented driver capable of a World Championship IMO but he needs a number one seat at a Top 3 team to have a chance same as anyone else. I hope he finds that chance soon in the next few years before he gets too far into his 30's and it starts getting potentially beyond him. There are just so many talented up coming young drivers that teams are preferencing now preparing for the next generation. Le Clerc could be unstoppable within a few seasons and Hamilton won't be there forever.
I always heard Ferrari wanted Riccardo for his Italian heritage? But signing Le Clerc kinda put a stop to that rumour.
I didn't know Vettel was on shaky gorund. What happened there?

That La Clerc is a freak, comes in and starts winning straight away. In saying that he is one of the fastest cars.

I'd love to see Ric in a fast car, everyone says he is the most talented out there, at least in overtaking ability.

Do you think Verstappen will win a championship at Redbull?

Vettel’s on shaky ground because he’s doing the usual toxic bull**** he always does and he’s got his crew offside. Lewis Hamilton might be an arrogant **** as well but at least he treats his crew with the proper respect.

Yes the Italian heritage was part of the appeal of Danny Ric but he also speaks the language I believe. I would love to see him replace Vettel but you only have one NO.1 at a team and that is now the very young Le Clerc who is a future World Champ easily. Danny was performing well @ Red Bull winning races and setting fastest laps when he wasn't parked in the gravel. The car lacked the power of the top 2 merc/ferrari but had the best aero/chassis package. it was a quick car but reliability of that motor let him down more than anything setting a record I think for DNF's in a season. This is large part why he cracked the ****s at that team

Now Red Bull have Honda engines and Vestapen is having a cracking season so go figure.

Prior to Singapore a few weeks back Vettel hadn't won a GP in 12 months or more. Was spinning out alot (lol), 5th in the drivers championship behind his much younger teammate in just his first season in a Ferrari, being out qualified by him as well and generally not performing in races. questions came up if he will retire soon because he just didn't look right. Vettel had similar struggles at Red Bull with a younger Danny Ric putting him under pressure.

Seb has recovered the last few races with a win, podium & a DNF that robbed him of another likely Win so he is fighting back but he is still up against it to catch Le Clerc in the drivers championship or even finish top 3. Yes Le Clerc is a freak.

Verstappen will win a WC for sure, like Le Clerc he is so young and so very good but most importantly consistent. This will become like the modern day Prost/Senna rivalry

Max has matured alot this year mentally and putting his head down as well. not sure if he will win the WC at Red Bull but that car keeps getting better. I mean Red Bull is suited to some tracks and not others. The power tracks they have the disadvantage against Ferrari and Merc but on others they are clearly the most competitive. It's the first year of that Honda engine in the Red Bull so we haven't seen it's full potential either. regulations are always changing though so that throws a spanner in the works.

Vettel’s on shaky ground because he’s doing the usual toxic bull**** he always does and he’s got his crew offside. Lewis Hamilton might be an arrogant **** as well but at least he treats his crew with the proper respect.

Remember Alonso in that Mclaren Honda 'GP2 car' his last few seasons in F1. Toxic but hilarious haha

Most drivers want the win more than anything and have a sook and get aggressive when things don't go their way on track, a mistake is made or they disagree with their team's strategy BUT Lewis has won me over this season.

He is calmer than most on and off the track and more respectful and genuinely grateful for the efforts and support of his team and the fans. He pushes himself and his team to be the best and always improve. 2nd is not good enough. he is a heck of a driver who has earned his success despite being in a dominant car.

then you have Kimi who just doesn't give a **** half the time lol

I think Hamilton has grown up a lot the past two years, he’s still nowhere near perfect and he still occasionally does or says stuff which makes me think he’s an arrogant prick and want to punch him in his face, but at the very least, treating his crew with the respect he does goes a long way.

Vettel has never grown up, still think everybody owes him everything and should bend over backwards for him.
