Toledo was ripping but farout he was claiming before the wave had ended still had more sections he could have fitted his turns in.

the only time to claim is the total end of the wave as you're about to get dragged over dry reef or your fins are going get busted out hitting the shore.

the surf was the best consistently I have ever seen for a jbay classic.....I spent a winter there a long time ago and never seen waves that good.
on a side note did anyone see the shark boat get caught inside.....now that was a perfect 10

yep cant stand the prick. Im really off the world tour. Remember in the mid '00s when they marketed the dream tour, then more often than not we were seeing contests in perfect conditions, and stretch out the 10 day waiting period. Now its over in the first few days and we see them surf in some slop just to get to comp done. But not its all about the air game they dont care about wave quality.
