I think that the team NSW had will be good for the future. We had 4 good props but din't use them the right way. TLL was great off the bench, Snowy did a job and Gal and Baz were great. I really like the way Gal is playing at the moment. He seems to be more in control of himself and his emotions. He hasn't really over reacted at all this year.

I also thought Tom was great.

Big +1. But he has not lost the mongrel either, so it is like he has found a happy medium.

Did anyone else notice the leniency shown by the referee's last night?

Thaidays a good player , but running in like he did last night and blind-siding players is not on. It takes away from his good play and makes him look like a dog..Its something Id expect Billy Dog Slater to do....

The blues have a future with that team. Our back row was great and they really made a difference. I would be happy for that team to get picked again, even Ennis. If we can get Sticky to coach that team next year I think it will make a big difference.

im betting on nsw no way the nrl will allow a white wash, it will be the death of origin

You been reading too much **** from losers mate and now its cost you money.

SOO ruins the NRL season. I haven't been a fan for about 10 years.

....

At work. Can't watch or listen. Stats say Snow only had 2 hit ups for 15m...true?

Let's be honest. If this was a Qld loss against the best NSW team ever like this, they would be saying gutsy, gutsy loss. Stand up blues supporters, be proud of our team and state. As huge underdogs we stuck it to em.

I still don't understand Bellyaches game plan with front rower. All 3 Qld props ran for well over 100m. Only 1 of ours reached 50m!!! WTF

Bellamy ruins prop representative careers with his game plans.

Qld props averaged 106 meters in the series compared to NSW 67 meters !!!!!

Not interested at all are ya..

The best side didn't win

You must of switched off after the Bird try. Don't worry, 2 tries in 6mins, 1 from Slater (man of the match AND series) what a little ripper he is.

Actually Snow, I think that Bird's response to Folau was entirely justified given that Israel got up after scoring the try and bean the tackler on the ground with the ball as part of his post-try "celebration".

In my mind that makes Folau the aggressor... the refs need to issue very clear warnings to players who do that sort of thing as it invariably ends up in a stink.

Yeah we need more stoppages for refs to dish out stern warnings in the game. It needs to be softer too. Brilliant. Revolutionary.

He didn't score a try, he got tackled in goals forcing the drop out. He didn't like that Jennings tackled him. Can't remember how Bird got involved, but the way those QLDers ran in was pathetic. Especially Thaiday who got there heaps late.

it was no celebration - he threw the ball at Hayne as he had (DOG ACT) dived on Folous back quite obviously after the ball was grounded, making no effort to get under Folou or the ball - that is why folau threw the ball at him.
