Yeah man I have no idea. Pryce has the potential to be a good player imo.

Ryles will be cleaning out a lot of deadwood so wouldn’t make sense for him to sign Hastings of players etc..
Pryce is some extra cover at half where they suddenly get very light on and FB where they seem fine but it’s a new fix. Clearly not meshing at Knights

Hastings it’s not great and would just be a stopgap they can get straight away to play with Volkman and backup Moses when he’s back
You wouldn’t be tying yourself to him

Who would Parra even take from Knights to make that worthwhile?

Sharpe as a direct replacement and like a Lucas or Cant if Ryles doesn’t like their edges too much?
Pryce?
Hastings just as a backup while they figure **** out?
It's the age old scenario hey.

Knights want Brown immediately.

Parra agree in exchange for player/s they value.

Knights would rather wait one year than release players they also value.

Brown finishes contract at Parramatta.

Sharpe is the one I’d demand if I’m Parra. That guy is going to end up being a very good player. With his move to 5/8 - I don’t see how the knights will use him. Or have they signed Brown to be a 7?

If so, they’ve ****ed this up even more because that guy ain’t a 7.

Ponga & Gamble could get it done.

Question is - do the knights believe they can win a comp this year if they were to sign Brown?

I'm sure they believe it improves their chances, but not say if they needed to let go of Lucas/KPP/Best/someone else valuable. They are better to wait a year and keep all those players together.

brailey officially signs 2 year deal with the raiders starting next season.

Massive rumour going around - Brailey to be released early to join raiders - brown to be released early to join Knights - parra want potentially 2 players in return to release Brown early.

Just a rumour but this could very easily happen
No substance to any of it.

Eels wont release brown without a replacement. Knights dont have anyone of quality to offer

Yes, their plan is to convert Brown to a 7 and keep playing Sharpe at 6.

The wages kind of escalate as they get above that 700k or so mark too
Difference between paying Brown 1 or 1.3 isn’t viewed by the club the same as the difference between paying say Hazleton 400k or 700k

Still impacts the salary cap the same but at the top end for every minute amount someone is (in clubs opinion) the pay increase at a greater rate.

Completely bs numbers but the difference in quality between two low tier players may equate to an extra 50k, the same assessed difference between two high end spine players might equate to a 200k wage difference.

Also I guess when you’re talking a million anywhere you look the fee to move isn’t just an extra 100k on top, but a bit more

good luck with that. Brown is a deadset passenger in that Eels side. I’m still laughing at how he’s been signed to this deal. I give it 4 years until the knights try move on 😂 if that.
Have you seen his stats in games where moses didnt play?

Its like night and day. Hes nothing without moses

Was $19 for a mondello so like $30 aud. They are tallboys (~700ml) so that makes it a little better. Only had 4.

Its was the same price at the hockey and nba, so americans must buy it at that price.
Don't even ask if @Born&bred is considering the trip
