They are both competing for the top 4… Of the bottom 8.

Dargons much better prospect than Newcastle
Flanno has runs on the board and you can see what he is trying to do.
Newcastle are a basket case. If it wasn't for Ponga (and Tigers), they are probably have a couple of spoons in last few years

Right now, our biggest rivals are the other ones competing for the Premiership. I am not 100% certain who that is but I am absolutely sure it is not the Dragons or Newcastle.
Think he means in terms of local rivals.
It always sucks seeing good players of our goes to Dargons

I have to admit I used to pretty ordinary with my behaviour back then amongst it all.
I feel generally it's pretty good now .
