no simmo has conceeded the tries..winger can only do as much as what his inside man is doing..misi has to try and make up for the stuff up of simmo

You can't have it both ways Peaches. You sh!t on refs for getting calls wrong, yet you suggest Simmo should do stuff that should get penalized if only the refs were to get it right

Just another typical sharkies win, i dont know how they do it but i don't really care its 2 points and maybe a home semi.
Noddy was the difference again, his calmness under pressure and his big heart shone through what a teriffic player!! Seymour's form is a bit down at the moment he has lost a bit of direction in his kicking game still played well though. Only disappointment in the forwards was Peek, he is not up to it anymore need Norrie back asap.
Simmo needs to be back on the wing next week, a major reshuffle is needed out wide its just not working the problem needs to be solved before September!

I am happy we find a way to keep winning these close games, but i honestly think we should be doing alot better job against these teams below us, it's clear we still have a lot of work ahead of us when you look at other top 4 contenders we have played lately in Brisbane and Manly, we have to be firing at 120% when the semi's role round to really challenge I feel.
I would like to see Buster touch the ball 3-4 times a set in the opposition red zone to me he is showing some real X-factor and with Bird and Kearney hanging around him things look dangerous, that would leave our more direct runners in Gallen and Poms to crash of Noddy which is more to his style of play, split them either side of Degois and we would look a lot more dangerous in IMO.

i dunno why everyone is downing Seymour he was the most dangerous near the line last night. Everytime he ran the ball near the line i thought it was a White matt Bowen he broke away from everyone just to be pulled up short. But i agree with Kiwishark id like to see Seymour handle the ball a bit more in the oppositions half. and he can kick to covell alot better then Noddy as well. So if they ARE going that side i believe he should either be Grubbering to Poms or kicking to covell. Again like kiwishark said leave the right side to nods and gallen. and the left to Seymour Bird .
Oh and we really want the roosters to lose because if 4th plays 5th we have the Broncos

Wasnt' that a fantastic win!! Was down at Toyota Park for my first home game (have been to several away games but due to work commitments have been unable to attend most home games) and the atmosphere was awesome! The joint nearly blew its lid off when Noddy kicked the winning field goal! Best thing was seeing the anguish on the faces of the dirty Dragons fans. One fan had 2 classic blunders with quotes during the game that I have to tell. 1st Quote - 5 minute mark (approx) = "Nightingale is as safe as a bank under the high ball" - Nightingale knocks the ball on attempting the catch. Much raucous lafter ensued... # 2, 78th Minute (approx) = " Kimmorley couldn't kick a field gola to save his life" ... Noddy pings one from 30 out and the crowd goes wild! The dirty Dragon supporter does his stack and storms off!! Worth more than the price of admission for sure..
