I remember quite a few bad kicks from him, it was commented by others also.
I stand corrected, there were 2 players on Dugan. What drop out? I missed it maybe? I saw the one he kicked out and we got the feed. Was there another?
The ''miss'' on Frizell is hardly his fault, wow and I fault I was a critical marker. I can't believe you think he should have got Frizell. I'm amazed at that, truly amazed. I reckon you're being tough on him for the Aitken try also. Leutele had a 1 on 1 tackle to make and he couldn't make it, average if you ask me. Not Dugans fault. If it were Holmes there instead of Dugan and he did the same I'd not be blaming him. I don't rate Holmes at fullback but I can distinguish when he does things wrong and when he doesn't.
Just re-watched the final 35 minutes. Townsend kicked the ball exactly once: the short bomb which Capewell caught and offloaded to Moylan.
Leutele is 90% to blame for the Aitken try. It was a bad miss - but a bit more urgency from either Moylan or Dugan *might* have made a difference. I don't think it was Dugan's fault, but I do think that if it was Val that his positioning would have been criticised. Dugan could have done better there IMO.
People were criticising Val for not being able to hold up Coen Hess 1 on 1 once he was already over the line and two other blokes had missed him; the tackle on Frizzel by Dugan was more make-able that that.
... and yes .. I was referring to the drop out where we got the feed. Flano was going off his nut. It was a **** kick by anyone's standard. The Dragons stuffing up is just lucky. It was still a **** kick.

Anyway, my original point here is that in the second half you had five blokes who made the bulk of the errors, plus one blokes (Ricky) who let in a soft try. Blaming the other 11 blokes or the coaching strategy is hardly productive.
