Just put myself through watching more glancing the cows game again.. jeez we were pox for a large part of that game, wouldn’t think Paul green would b over the moon either other than the 2 points.... in a warped sort of way I’m glad Val had a stinker how he bounces back this week will show us and flanno were his head space is at another below average game resulting in a loss, may very well c flanno maybe bring in lee to fullback and Val to wing.. playing the dragons couldn’t come at a better time

I should qualify that and say I wish Val and the team had blinders and we won by 20 points, but if every loss teaches a player a lesson I hope Val recognises his short comings in his round 1 efforts.

I couldn't see Lee coming in at fullback. He may have had more chance of catching the ball than Val last weekend but that's because the ball was behaving so erratically that Lee's lack of spatial contextual awareness may have been an asset.

Surely Flanno puts Duges at FB and Gray at center before putting Lee there. And we think he has bad hands on the wing...

True he played a great role in us winning a premiership by dropping a sitter once against us then fortnight later against storm...hence my soft spot for him... side note thresh wandering around your neck of the woods all day with 1 kid (mine) till Ed Sheeran tonight, if your around the city and fancy a cheeky frothy sing out.

So we’re going to move Val from fullback after only one game?

Lee to fullback? WTF?

Whatever we say, Flanno is not going to move Val.

Our 1-7 Thursday will be:

Wouldn't be surprised if Flanno brings Lee in on the wing. Swap pace for pace. Lee played well in the trials.

This is the sorta timeslot we should be playing an interstate team as plenty will watch on the telly anyway not a Dragons game - look at that Parra/Penrith crowd on a Sunday arvo today
