Ummm it's "site" not "sight". Will be interesting to see how many people turn up on a Thursday afternoon.

I turned up to the Bluestone information session last night. Very positive vibe in the room.

A bit of a scoop - Woolworths will be the anchor supermarket!

Good news Tweedle, thanks.

Any news on what these plans would mean for the Club revenue wise? Would they get a cut?

Don't you love that the top line of the right sign says "Save The Sharks"

That's a Capsis special for sure

Yes, I asked whether the club would get 10% of sales from the additional 200 units. I was told the club would actually get more than that but not given an exact figure. In any event, it should be more than $14 million.

The club would also have the opportunity to re-invest into the hotel, and would also own conference facilities and I assume the centre of excellent (which could be used by other sporting teams / athletes).

There is also 500sqm of community space that would be used by community groups, not for profit types. Obviously no revenue from this but a good kick back to the community.

A gym is also proposed approximately where the summertime bar is now. Not sure if this will be another revenue stream or used by the residents.

And something about a 'mans shed' where old dudes hang out?

Not much is happening yet. They're just pushing some dirt around and laying pipes.

Somehow I don't think they'll be excavating basements. Probably pile through the layers of cars and dead bodies then have the building start at ground level.
