This is the problem. The draw obviously comes out in late 2019 and we all know construction rarely goes to plan.

parkview did the construction of the towers and everything went smoothly with them - unfortunately they aren't commercial builders for the type of project we want

fingers crossed they get another reputable builder, for a project like that i would hope someone like an adco or farindon are approached

Take it wherever makes money. Or somewhere that might just be interesting. For instance, I wouldn't mind watching a game at North Sydney Oval. Just for something a bit out of the box that might create a bit of hype in the general Rugby League public. Easy enough for Shire fans to get to via train too. if it's a one off and on in a decent time slot I reckon it could be a decent event.

If we are without Shark Park for a year or so I think we should play some games at Kogarah so it's relatively easy for our base to attend.

Please 1 game in Whangarei, New Zealand

Id say the problem with just closing part of the ground is the corporate side of things.

Don't they have the Chairman's Lounge or something in the Peter Burns Stand, where you don't actually enter Shark Park, but go upstairs in the Leagues Club to watch the game.

So that's why they'd be looking at moving games.

Im not totally against moving some games, for a temporary time, to Kogarah.

Fiji is a no brainer imo. So much talent up there and no one else is doing it.

I reckon the round after a bye would be ideal. Get up there for a week and spread lots of Sharky love around. Literally.

Kogarah can **** right off.

I'd take, and this is per year,

1 game to NZ, this would be especially meaty if SJ is still on the books
1 island nation game, Fiji one year, Tonga the next, even PNG
1 game in WA, then SA the next year
1 Central Coast game, have it line up with a Jets v Bears curtain raiser.
1 regional game, maybe South Coast

The rest can go to Western Sydney Stadium.

Then we can't ever be accused of not growing the game

I wonder if this Kogarah article is to put the feelers out on how the fans/members think about it ? They could be reading this right now.

Then again it's the Sharks... nevermind

I can offer the Rockingham Sharks although it’s a stretch to still call their ground Perth
Would recommend playing in the day there too
