All so complicated!
Yeah absolutely, It's a **** show but there's not much they can do and no doubt they're more annoyed by this than we are.Every time I get a bit frustrated with the club/board/development, you listen to Dino speak, and most of those concerns go away. Such a great speaker/interviewee, makes you realise he is on top of things as much as anyone could be.
Even if you could sue, that means that everything stops for a few years whilst it gets sorted through lawyers and courts. Plus a couple of mil in legal costs. What a cluster****. V frustrating that suing isn't an option – there should be SOME ramifications.
How can you complain when you don't know all the facts?i was serious about bombarding them with comments and complaints
get on their facebook and insta

I can only guess this relates to not having our side of things done in time, e.g. the roof? Or not providing access ourselves. How can you complain when you don't know all the facts?
Are you assuming Sharks are completely innocent in all this?
I guess all I can really say is that if every party could have there time over things would have been done different.I can only guess this relates to not having our side of things done in time, e.g. the roof? Or not providing access ourselves.
No worries if you can't comment.
Thanks, no it’s very useful still to understand. I know nothing of this industry and all the complexitiesI guess all I can really say is that if every party could have there time over things would have been done different.
DAs, Contracts, sequencing, demolition v retaining. Then add Covid to boot.
It's like a perfect storm of issues (largely) out of everyone's control which has accumulated to one big mess and ultimately a dispute in final completion.
I'm not blaming any party because it's easy to ignore things that happened 4 or 5 years ago and just focus on the final handover (or lack thereof).
Believe me - every party wants to put this behind them and get on with their lives.
Sorry I'm not giving real specifics.
That's OK mate, at least your consistentSorry I'm not giving real specifics.
just spit balling as to if we can put our thumb on the scale in all this. as fans and patrons and members of the club we want one thing. if there was some agitation one way or another, maybe a resolution would come quicker. How can you complain when you don't know all the facts?

If I recall correctly my mate who works in large scale construction in NSW had projects blowing out massively after covid because of rain tooI guess all I can really say is that if every party could have there time over things would have been done different.
