My memory is ****, anyone have a list of penalties for past breaches?

Doesn't matter, Toddy is talking tough and trying to draw a line in the sand and come down tough on clubs when it suits them.

We could be fined into oblivion on Thursday, and the same time next year another club in the same situation could walk away with a warning.

The only consistency is that we're going to get boned.

My fear is they do the wet lettuce slap to walker De Belin and whoever us stuffed up... then turn around and rip us a new one.

Tomorrow's meeting will focus on player behaviour, ie De Belin and any punishment Cronulla is facing will be postponed until the commission reconvenes after a long lunch in March 2022

Then it will come out that Storm are actually well and truly 600K over the cap and have done nothing to rectify it, and other things will come out of the closet around their cap. NRL will then be all "Each case is handled based on its own merit...they have been cleared...ahem"

I love that St Geoege has basically said **** you.

Now it’s a playoff between their hated compliant kid and their **** favourite kid for attention.

Talking player conduct first.

There will be a "no fault" (no judgement) stand-down for players charged with serious criminal offences above a certain line.

Lower charges will be dealt with by the NRL CEO at their discretion.

Players will continue to be paid, and can continue to train.

No automatic salary cap relief, but club may apply to salary cap auditor, considered on a case-by-case basis. Will consider what the club has done in terms of cultural change.

No mention at all of Sharks yet.
