Ryan Cross. Yay or nay?

totally agree no point in signing a average player who may block the path to first grade of some talented younger players.

that was my concern, if we did end up signing him it was more of a band aid type signing, I presume we may have stunted the development of the young guys coming through.

Time will tell if these young guys are going to make it for us in 2012 or whether we cut our losses & look beyond Ricky L, the jury is still out on him but I would much prefer to offer him first grade opportunities before Ryan Cross as Ricky (if talent shines trough) will be playing firstgrade in 2013,14 & 15 & Cross wont be.
