Depends on the reason I guess. The body gets used to doing the same thing every day, you're better mixing it up a bit if the goal is to lose weight.@HaroldBishop what are your thoughts on running 5km every day except weekends?
Aight, so what would you recommend? I am doing it for fitness and weight lossDepends on the reason I guess. The body gets used to doing the same thing every day, you're better mixing it up a bit if the goal is to lose weight.
Definitely still do running but mix the sessions up. If you're going to run 5 times per week do one session of either hills (find a decent hill, not too steep, and do maybe 5 reps not flat out, but faster than normal) or intervals (this can be anything, 5 x 1km reps with a 1.5 min break in between. You can shortern the reps if you like).Aight, so what would you recommend? I am doing it for fitness and weight loss
Wow that is pretty big
Wonder if will be another drag it out until the B sample only to be positive again…
Wow, that is rare. Usually the B sample always backs up the A sample.Peter Bol’s B sample has come back negative. All charges have been dropped. What a ****ing relief.

Just had a read, he's cleared to train and compete etc but they are still digging as his B has apparently not shown positive but shown an 'Atypical finding' for a synthetic substance.Sorry guys I might of popped the champers too early. Looks like the sample was inconclusive. So they’re not giving up on getting him.
So the good drugs?Just had a read, he's cleared to train and compete etc but they are still digging as his B has apparently not shown positive but shown an 'Atypical finding' for a synthetic substance.
Odd
Speaking from experience mate?Googled false negative’s for EPO. Guy in this article thinks it can be explained by being tested after strenuous exercise.

A 16-year-old schoolboy from Canberra has become the second-youngest person in the world to break the four-minute mile.
Cameron Myers is just nine days older than Jakob Ingebrigtsen was when the Norwegian superstar broke the famous mark, but the Australian schoolboy was quicker on Thursday night than the man who would go on to become the Olympic champion in Tokyo.
