Gordon had a shocker also 2 bombs he should have caught them and that's
2 less tries
Agree. We have to get back to basics. Catch bombs on the full. Don't kick down the throat of the opposition and improve the defence up the middle. Then we can start winning again.

When we sack Ayshford we might have a chance of winning some games!

you just had to look at the lineups to see we were going to struggle,we played our hearts out and they were off there game and they still managed to win.

Yeap busted their balls. Refs1st half didn't help, but hung in all game... Plenty of mistakes, but neither team is at the pointy end of the ladder at the moment...

Refs didn't help roosters in the second half for that matter either , wasn't refs fault we lost

Fifita should watch moa and jwh as to how to run the ball up , also his defence is woeful , taga runs harder , we did not have one good kick all night , yes our intensity was way better , we need to learn to shut down plays.lichaa should start , heino is being used well , taga should start in lieu of fifita.

Finally there is no player I can't stand more than pearce

Well thanks to Pearce we scored 2 tries.. His defense was Carney-esque tonight.. QLD will target the **** out of him come Origin time

I thought he was better tonite but when he got in that space , geese he was slow

I suppose? I only saw him get stood up twice, and miss an important cross field kick, and sled off three tackles or so...

Agree with a full strength side we can offer real nuisance value to opposition teams, the old fight over a bone line, without our best squad we fire rubber bullets at best, atleast we were in a arm wrestle this week maybe 1st round was one I guess.... Loved Jono effort on the tap return and Ricky show some polish tonight in open space...

I thought Lichaa had an awesome game, and would of had him on at the end instead of Morris,

Carney - had a shocker and that's being nice
Fifita - needs to start from the bench
Wright/Ayshford - better this week, not up to first grade standard though
Gallen - didn't over play his hand on to many occasions, missed him that's for sure
Lichaa - better be in the team everyweek
Gordon - not his best performance
Morris - defence is good attack not so
Tagatese - thought he was heavily marked
Arona - didn't even notice him in the 2nd half
Vave - couple of good runs, not good enough for first grade
Feki/Leutele - attack and defence is getting way better and will be the left side combo for a long time
Robson - defence was good, attack not so, more Carneys fault
Graham - good defence, I think he is too big? And to slow
Heinington - pretty good game, made a line break but no 1 back him up

Overall a good game, didnt win always next week when Tupou and Ryan are back..

Can't believe that Beau Ryan is the only '1st grade' wing/centre out, yet Wright and Ayshford are the best we got.. sad recruiting.

But lichaa signed a full season ahead with another club, and had a go at sharks. And had his bitches ring radio station complaining about how he was dropped when de grouse came back from injury,
