I just read that the Sharks will play the Cowboys at Hindmarsh Stadium in Adelaide next year.

Not sure when that games slated for but Sharks boss Tony Zappia and NRL boss David Gallop will be in Adelaide on Wednesday after the Grand Final to announce the deal with the South Australian goernment.

If they're expecting a big crowd, I can't see it happening.

Why?

Money.

There is no way any club would up and move a home game unless it was worth considerably more money.

Someone go have a look at our crowd figures for the past 5 or so years when playing at Shark Park against the Cowboys. I'll take a stab that crowds are below average against the Cowboys.

Plenty of teams move home games for the added coin. Parramatta used to take a game to NZ every now and then. Manly to Blu Tongue. I think I also recall the Bulldogs shifting a certain home game a few times too.
